Quick, essential course

Finished the Health and Safety Training for Childcare. It was concise and covered the important points. Certificate was ready fast. Simple process.

Got my SIDS training done

Needed to get my SIDS and Shaken Baby Syndrome Training done for work and picked this place. It was pretty easy to get through, honestly. Just logged in, watched the stuff, and took the quiz. It didn't take too long, which was nice. Printed my certificate right away. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and I got what I needed without any fuss. No drama, just got the training done.

Good value on pre-service

I was looking for my 16-Hour Pre-Service Training and found Shadetree Learning. Their pricing seemed fair, especially compared to some other sites I checked. I saw they had an annual membership with more savings but I just needed this one course right now. The content was solid and the certificate was available right after I finished. It felt like a good use of my money for what I needed to get done quickly. No complaints on the cost or the course itself.

Director Credential was perfect!

I just finished the Texas Director Credential Course and it was fantastic! The content was so thorough, and I feel super prepared for everything. It covered all the Texas requirements which was a huge relief. I loved how easy it was to navigate too. Definitely going to recommend Shadetree Learning to all my director friends. I'll be back for more training, for sure!

Reliable for annual training

This isn't my first time using Shadetree Learning. I've taken several courses from them over the past few years for my Professional Development Hours and always come back. This time I completed the Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention course. Just like before, the material was clear and the online system was easy to use. The courses are consistent in quality and always meet the state requirements I need. It's why I keep returning. I know what to expect and they deliver every time.

Thinking of signing up for the annual membership, but wondering if it actually includes *all* the courses. Seems like a crazy good deal if it does.

S Shane Kim 1 month ago
Yeah, it pretty much does. I have the membership and it unlocks everything, even the pre-service stuff and the renewal hours. Definitely worth it if you need multiple trainings.

Almost all of them! I think there might be one or two super niche things that aren't, but for the most part, it's unlimited access to their library. Massive savings compared to buying individual courses.

Just started my pre-service training. How long do I actually have to finish it once I've paid? Life's a bit hectic right now.

G Gwen R. 1 month ago
Don't stress, you get a full year to complete any course once you buy it. Plenty of time.

A year, yeah. I had to take a break for a few months last year and just picked up where I left off. Super flexible.

Does anyone know if Shadetree reports the hours directly to the Texas Workforce Registry? Or do I have to do it myself after getting the certificate?

O Omar 3 weeks ago
They report it for you! It's one less thing to worry about. Just make sure your info is correct when you register.

Yep, they handle the reporting. Super convenient, saves a bunch of time. Just download your certificate and they send the info over, afaik.

Hey, I'm trying to decide between the Director Credential course here or AgriLife. Has anyone done both or have a strong opinion on which is better for Texas certification?

S Steve Walsh 1 month ago
I went with Shadetree for my Director Credential last year. It's fully recognized by the state, so no issues there. The content was pretty clear and covered everything I needed.

AgriLife is okay, but I found Shadetree's platform a bit more user-friendly. Plus, they really focus on Texas regs which is super helpful. I think their membership discount makes it cheaper too if you're planning on taking a few courses.
